We cannot guarantee that every material will work for every person. We do accept returns with exception. If an order arrives damaged, please take a photo as soon as possible and send in an email to info@juandesigns.ca

Shipping Domestic & International

We ship via Canada Post standard across Canada & the US. For International shipping we use Purolator and additional fees might apply. We cannot be responsible for custom fees or delays once the products have left our facility.
